Where we work
We are registered building surveyors working out of Fraser Rise, in the City of Melton, about 24 km north-west of the Melbourne CBD. Nearly everything we certify is a short drive from it. We issue building permits, carry out the mandatory inspections and grant occupancy permits in Fraser Rise, Deanside, Aintree, Plumpton, Caroline Springs, Taylors Hill, Burnside, Rockbank and Melton.
Past the Melton boundary we work across four neighbouring councils: Taylors Lakes in Brimbank, Sunbury in Hume, Bacchus Marsh in Moorabool and Werribee in Wyndham.
That list is where most of our work is, not the limit of it. We take on projects right across Melbourne and into regional Victoria. Being based in the corridor simply means the sites nearest us get seen fastest: inspections get called at short notice and the next trade waits until they are done. So wherever you are building, tell us where the site is. Distance is rarely what stops us.
